Every day we Swope Health helps people with various problems. Whether dealing with a family crisis, problems with stress at work, childhood behavior problems, substance abuse, depression, or a more serious and persistent mental disorders we are here to help.

PromptCare

PromptCare provides timely, compassionate and affordable services for walk-in patients. We are here for your urgent, non-life threatening health care needs.

Walk-in visits are on a first-come first-served basis for adults (18 & older).

Treatable conditions include but are not limited to:

Difficulty breathing
Minor cuts
Stomach and intestinal problems (flu, colds, common illnesses)
Sprains and simple fractures
Back pain
Ear infections
Sexually transmitted diseases
Urinary tract infections

Medical conditions that are on-going such as hypertension and diabetes are referred to the patient’s primary care provider, if they have one, or to a Swope Health Services Adult Medicine provider. Patients who have flare-ups of these conditions will be seen in PromptCare.

Some laboratory and radiological tests are available.

Prescription refills are not available in PromptCare.

In the case of life threatening conditions (chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding or severe trauma), you will need to go to the nearest ER or call 911.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 pm
